OPINIONWORLD PRIZE DRAWS
OFFICIAL RULES:
1. From time to time OpinionWorld offers qualified participants in its surveys or those who apply to become part of the OpinionWorld Panel a chance to win a prize via a random drawing. The Entry Period for each Survey or Panel Membership drive, the prizes offered for each Survey or Panel Membership Drive & any other qualifications specific to the Survey or Panel Membership Drive will be described in the Survey or Panel Membership Solicitation found in one or more of (1) the e-mail invitations to participate in a Survey or apply to be part of the Panel, (2) the link to the Survey or Panel Membership application form displayed on the OpinionWorld website or (3) the introduction to the Survey or Panel Membership Drive.
2. To be eligible, each participant must successfully complete & submit the Survey or Panel Membership application during the Entry Period. Only one entry is allowed per person or e-mail address for any Survey period.
3. Only one entry is allowed per person or e-mail address for all Panel Membership Drives. All winners will be notified via e-mail once the Entry Period has expired, the Survey or Panel Membership Drive has been closed & the winners have been selected.
4. OpinionWorld will not accept multiple attempts to complete a Survey or multiple attempts to join the Panel. If multiple online Survey completion attempts are received from the same e-mail address or person, only the first entry received will qualify; all additional entries will be disregarded. If multiple online attempts to apply to be part of the Panel are received from the same e-mail address, only the first Membership application received will qualify; all additional entries will be disregarded.
5. Entries that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
6. The winner will be selected at random by computer.
7. The winner will be notified by e-mail within two weeks of the closing date of the competition. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. It is the winner's responsibility to notify OpinionWorld of any change in contact information.
8. Details to process the prize claim must be provided by the winner within 60 days of notification by OpinionWorld. Unclaimed prizes will be void. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the OpinionWorld website. Any images and/or names supplied will be deemed to have had any copyright ownership transferred to OpinionWorld & may be used for future promotions.
10. Any persons connected with SSI B.V. or any of the survey or prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
11. By completing the OpinionWorld application form/profile survey you agree to receive surveys from OpinionWorld. Only OpinionWorld will send such surveys.
12. To enter OpinionWorld prize draws without applying to become part of the OpinionWorld panel please write to: Competition Entry, OpinionWorld, part of SSI B.V., P.O. Box 245, 3000 AE Rotterdam, The Netherlands, stating which competitions you wish to enter. Requests by letter must be received before the closing date of the competitions you wish to enter.
13. Entry to any prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
14. OpinionWorld reserves the right to withdraw or vary prize draws at any time and without notice.
15. The prize is not transferable.
